The exposure to composites is largely absent at the K-12 level in the United States. At best, students (our next generation) hear about composites in college at junior/senior levels. It is well acknowledged that the young minds are shaped at a very early age and reaching them at that stage is critical to their future career pathways. 'Innocrate' is the product(s) developed for composites is a series of 'learn by doing' education content in a comprehensive box, in a flexible format for K-2, 3-5, 6-8 and 9-12 (elementary to high school) levels for any school/organization/community. The elements of 'Innocrate' are - (a) Train the trainers (teachers at various grade levels), (b) self-contained 'learn by doing' activities (~ 15 per grade level); (c) information visual books for each level; (d) activity books explaining step by step; (e) virtual reality (VR) assist; (f) web-based training; (g) flexible curriculum.
